Fax From Computer

RingCentral Fax is one of the services that I found to be one of the most important services for my business. I wasn’t sure at first if I really needed a fax service that has all types of things to offer but I tried it and I am pleased to say that it is a great service. I do receive and send more faxes than I thought I would, it is just a fast way to send or receive business information.

The Good Points About the RingCentral Fax Service

This is a fax service that once you sign up for an account the faxes are held in the account after being received by RingCentral, which means that the office fax line is not tied up no matter how long it takes to get a large fax. Then there are the choices for dedicated fax lines, like local numbers or toll-free numbers, plus it is possible to have more than one dedicated fax line if you need it. This could cost a lot doing it with the phone company or another service and most small businesses need to watch every penny that is going out.

Received faxes are in the account but there are also alerts that can be sent by email or sent to a smartphone. This means even when you are not in the office you can see what fax was sent and even send or forward faxes from the smartphone. That is a real benefit, because small business owners that do not have this kind of service have to be in the office more and everyone knows the small business takes a lot of time as it is. Then there is the advantage of having employees alerted by email when there is a fax received. It is also possible to send faxes directly from a PC or Mac, because RingCentral installs RingCentral Internet Fax as a printer.

How RingCentral Fax Works

RingCentral Fax works in a way that keeps the fax lines open, by handling all incoming faxes to the company’s dedicated fax toll-free or local number. This service receives and can send faxes twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week anywhere in the world. Customers and other businesses never get a busy signal and the business can have multiple local and toll-free numbers. This is secure faxing with Outlook integration. There are detailed fax logs, stored on the Internet based account, which gives the company owner a way to see the phone number, date, time and length of the fax that was received. It is also possible to edit and electronically sign faxes, which is great for many business needs, like contracts with customers or other companies.

One Business Woman’s Opinion

My opinion of this service is that it is perfect and it is a cost effective way to send and receive faxes. The customer service is terrific, any questions I have had that I could not find on the website were answered personally. I could not ask for a better fax service than RingCentral Fax, which alerts me when there is a fax instead of it shooting out of the fax machine when no one is in the office. Then there is the Outlook integration and the ability to fax from my smartphone, how great is that? I mean this service is so easy to use and so much better than checking the office on weekends or at night when I am expecting a fax. What could be better, a service that lets you work when you need to, by doing it from your phone or email.
