Carbonite is a company that offers a way to backup computer files, where they will not be lost if the computer crashes, hard drive fails or if a file is accidently deleted. There are so many things that can happen and having a place to back up your computer files solves this problem and it makes it easy to rest comfortably, whether it is files that include photos or if it is business files that could make a big different in business if they were lost. When knowing there is a solution, rather than risking the loss of computer files it makes saving files on the computer stress free.

• There are apps that can be downloaded for the Blackberry smartphone or the iPhone Android to access the backed up files.

• Customer support includes phone tech support, live chat and email.

• All types of files can be backed up, documents, music, photos, executable files and others.

• The file storage is unlimited, which means that the data center is the perfect place not only to store important files but when getting a new computer it is easy to transfer files from one computer to another.

• There is remote access to the files, which can mean accessing the files from another computer or even having help.

This is the only real way to secure and backup computer files where they can be accessed in a variety of ways. The loss of computer files happens all the time, ask any computer user and at one point or another they have lost at least one important file, if not all of their files.
